I just got a 00 Civic Si. All it has is a short shifter, cone filter (from local auto parts store) and a exhaust muffler w/tip. So I'm trying to get some help on what I should do first. I"m not going to go crazy I want to keep it tasteful. First I know I'm putting on a full CAI, then should I do coilovers or header? Need some help and advise. Thanks

Welcome, and congrats on the Si! Nice cars!
I'd say go for coilovers first. Get the expensive portion out of the way quickly. While you're at it, wheels and tires would be a good consideration. Maybe later do a full catback exhaust and better intake (at least get a better filter that fits for the current one, not a cheap auto parts store kind)

Headers on B series engines are never a bad thing. Just don't go cheap ebay.
Anything Tein is good as far as coilovers are concerned, I'm not sure if Progress makes coilovers for 6th gen.
