Small mods ????

ok i got a stock 96 civic lx 4dr 5speed. im not looking for a race car or anything like that, i would just like maybe a bit more bit for my daily driver? any cheap mods to do? its also got 99k on it which around here thats low for miles lol. Thanks

Air intake, and headers would be good. Cheap and performance don't usually work together. The more power you want the more money you need to spend. Yea 99k is nothing for a civic, you still have plenty of driving left.

i know if you want something good u got to pay for it lol, but i didnt know if theres some different engines i could swap parts with? and what some affordable exhaust systems and intake systems. intake wise i just dont want to throw on a cone filter then a week later rain get sucked in.lol

For an intake all you need is a cheap one from eBay. I got a used injen cold air off of eBay for $100 so you can keep an eye out for a used one. My filter is down by the fender and I have never sucked up water.

yea what about heat from engine? i hear all the time ppl saying it doesnt do anything with out a heat shield or box? i was woundering i know some other cars u can interchange stuff like/mafs/throttel body/ect??

oki fig i add this insred of making a new thread/ im buying a cheab ebay exhaust system header 2 muffler. what i want to know is will i be able to run the cat deleat pipe and no cat? will i be able to just put my o2 sensor in the deleat pipe or do i need a cat for check engine light?
