Exclamation 99 civic lowering question

i have a 99 civic vp that is lowered on eibach pro sport struts and springs. I originally put the suspension on using the original lower arms and wishbones. I then swapped in the 99 si lower arm and wishbone on just the drivers side and 10.5 front brake set up all around. the car is now sitting noticeably lower on the driver side. i want to make sure that its not an issue when i go to put the other lower arm and wishbone that i can expect the same or if there is a serious issue. the left side is seemingly too low due to the fact im running on 14" steelies right now and that it seems too low for my 15" si rims. My main question is that once i put the si arms on would it make the car lower even though the suspension has not changed. thanks
