Specify the specific problems it's been giving you, please.

alright fine.
well, I don't even have my subwoofers wired up or anything... there really isn't anything of value..or anything that I need to have my alarm on for.
It keeps annoying me. I have to press the button every single time I get in the car. Alarm goes off a lot, I just got fed up with it to be honest.
One time I had to call CAA to unlock the door because I left the key inside the car, turned on and the alarm automatically locked it.
If I lose that one alarm device, (I don't know where my other one is). Then I'm screwed.

If it's OEM then you should be able to just unhook the alarm harness.
If it's aftermarket then there should be a module under the dash. Just follow every wire and cut them out then re-attach the factory wires to each other. The alarm interrupts certain circuits so you have to re-attach those factory wires to complete those circuits. It sounds complicated but, really isn't as there should only be a couple of sets of wires. It took me about 5 minutes to cut out the wires on mine and about 10 minutes to re-attach the wires by soldering.

If it is a dealer installed unit, you could get the install instructions and then remove the entire setup, put the car back to factory.
The dealer installed Honda accessory security units weren't much more than an aftermarket system custom boxed for Honda with vehicle specific wiring to make the install painless and idiot resistant.
