Replace the fuel pump for Civic 98

Hi, everyone. I am trying to replace the fuel pump for my old civic 98 LX. But dont know where it is. I couldn't find it under the rear seat. Do I have to take down the gas tank?

Any input will be highly appreciated.

Turn key to on, fuel pump primes for 4 seconds then turns off.
