1998 civic dx Turbo?

Hello folks, I have a 1998 honda civic dx non vtec with 202k miles and was thinking about turboing it on about 8psi boost, Is it possible to do with out blowing my motor?

A complete turbo kit, head studs, head gasket, likely a timing belt kit, engine management, dyno tune. Without labour (aside from the tune), with new parts that are a decent quality, that's an easy $4k.

With such a high mileage engine a swap makes more sense than turbo.
