I need to have that gauge removed to have everything look as stock as possible for an upcoming state ref smog check. I've tried to find it on Honda's e-store diagrams, but had no luck. If anyone knows what it's called or even what it does (lol) I'd very much appreciate it.

Re: Could anyone identify this?

What is the hose attached to? Is it in-line or is it off a junction by itself? Fuel, oil, or boost pressure most likely.

Re: Could anyone identify this?

That's the fuel filter. The gauge is fuel pressure.

It shouldn't. It affects absolutely nothing.
