need help on 96 civic hb suspenstion HELP!!!!
ok guys and gals i am having problems decideing wich is the best suspenstion set up to go with.....here are my choices..ksport,skunk2,tein,and what i have on my car now is ground controll with factory shocks
....i hear skunk2 bottems out alot. i could go cheaper and stick with the ground controll and go koni or kyb agx shocks ,wich would save me 400.00 dollars or more .ok my car is fast. i have a gsr turbo set up with a fully built head.....amazing power but no traction.the front spins and hops. i hear the tein ''basic'' is a good set- up for a daily driver and some drag and track use...... also iam looking for ride comfort aswell as raceing....help

first thing first: This is the 2012 civic forum (9th gen) which is not even officially lauched, yours is a 1-5th gen, so you will not see many owners of same car as yours by posting here, no not a wise idea...
That out of the way, B18 turbo and lowered... How much power? how much lowering?
Depending on that answers may vary.
Also, stock shocks are not supposed to live longer on lower/stiffer springs, so likely yours might be close to be going.
A good matched shock valving and spring rate/height could be stiff and confortable, but most likely not, so you will need to choose which one you like better. Also, need to remember that stiff -> less available traction.

tein springs with kyb struts, I have tein springs with dropzones they work well for me but I have heard many ppl say they are junk, its curious though as 99% of them have coil overs with them I have had no issues with the teins/dropzones, very comfy ride.
