Projector headlight problem

Well one of my headlights on my driver side burned out so I changed the bulb. The problem is when I did that I lost power to both dim and bright lights on that side. I don't know if I may have shorted something out. Is anyone else having problems like mine?

check the fuse under the steering colum
wat i do is that i run a mini flashlight through to see which one burnt out
then replace it
i just dont know the exact fuse
cuz some ******* stole my fuse cover
