98 DX vs EX air intake
98 DX vs EX air intake
Hi all,
New to the forum. Just bought a 98 DX and i am trying to get the air intake assembly back to stock to pass emmisions. My question is, is the intake on a DX the same as the EX? I just bought a stock air assembly off e bay and I cant see how it attaches to the throttle body. Anyone have a pic of a stock DX air intake? I wonder if the one I bought was from an EX. Any help would be appreciated.

volant air intakes My best friend has the cheap cold air intake system,Im going with the bully dog
Some of the methods to design such air intakes are: to increase the diameter of the pipe which reduces air flow speed and loss of temperature from pumping, to finely smooth the interior of the system to decrease air friction, to provide a more direct route to the engine by eliminating other devices such as mufflers, and to use a less limiting air filter for more direct air flow.
