Help with Check engine codes 98 civic EX

Hey guys, new to the forum, im actually on here for my friend who is forum illiterate. So here it goes. his civic has 120k on the odometer, automatic. He has had his CEL on for like a year now, he has just decided to do something about it since he failed inspection. First code he has is P0135, 02 sensor problem, my first question is which 02 sensor should he buy to replace the faulty one? His second two codes are p0700 (tranny problem) followed by p0740 which is the torque converter clutch circuit malfunction code. So my main questions are

1. Which 02 sensor to buy for this swap?

2. Any suggestions as to what to do bout the p0740, i read that the first thing to do is change the trans fluid and filter, but if that does not work, what is the next step, he says the car feels fine when it shifts through the gears with an occasional jump in revs here and there.

PO135 isn't a bad A/F sensor. You either have a bad PCM, or an open ,or a short. Get a multi-meter and a factory service manual and troubleshoot it. http://www.helminc.com/helm/homepage...051&Style=helm

Troubleshoot that code and the other codes should go away.
