i was going to chop the springs in my civic but i came across some coil over sleeves for 40 bucks and they are adjustable but the question i have is they were originally bought for a 95 hatchback and i have a 2000 civic sedan any idea if the sleeves will fit on my shocks ?

i have just been informed that one of the coils is missing the rubber piece on the top i have attached a photo could some one please tell me if this is a problem?

Dont ever cut your springs, see if you can order the missing piece form the manufacturer, and yes I would say it is a problem if you cant find a new rubber piece.

i ended finding some coils on konig strut i bought them and will be trying to install them only problem is that they are from a 92 civic now i believe that i will need to modify the rear a little please correct me if im wrong any other problems i might run into getting those struts in my car ?

installed and slammed ! the koni's fit perfect had a few problem get one bolt out on the lower control arm in the rear ended up snapping but i got it eventually and it loooks niiice ! will put photos up soon

haha yeaah ! gotta love domo the rims i got i paid 200CDN for and they are in ok shape a little curb rash on two of them and the tires are in alright condition should last me before winter that for sure lol
