99 hood on a 97?

can i make a 1999-2000 civic hood fit my 97 civic Dx coupe? i desperately need a new hood and found one on craigslist in my price range, but its a 99. will it fit with little to no modifications?

might not since the headlights and grill are slightly different

the fenders, headlights, grille and front bumper have to be swapped
