Question Opinion on lowering springs???

I'm planning on putting some 17" chromes on my civic but I wanna lower the car so it sits nice on the 17s. >AM NOT GONNA CUT MY SPRINGS SO FORGET IT >!!! I have these in mind SKUNK2: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/SKUNK...Q5fAccessories
TEIN: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TEIN-...Q5fAccessories
BLOXX: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BLOX-...Q5fAccessories
Or maybe I should just buy a cheap generic brand like these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/92-00...Q5fAccessories
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dropz...Q5fAccessories
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1993-...Q5fAccessories

Help guys!

Re: Opinion on lowering springs???

I'm picky as **** when it comes to suspension, so I tend to stick to brand name stuff. I'm even pickier when buying "brand names" from ebay. So with that said, even if it's listed as a brand name on ebay, do as much as you can to make sure you're getting the real deal instead of a branded fake.

In any case, on my 02, I was more than happy with my car sittin on tein s-tech's, but I couldn't pass the deal I got on my full coilovers. You should look into aftermarket struts, as well, seeing as how the stock struts aren't really designed for a lowered stance. It may fare well for a while, but it'll wear out your stock struts faster.
