Can anyone tell me where the blower motor relay is on a 1998 Civic LX? The first two speeds on the fan do not work but the highest two speeds do work. Our local NAPA emplyee told me that it must be the relay. I just can't locate it! Any suggestions?

It's the blower motor resistor. I had the same problem. It's located just behind the glove box. Can't miss it. Very easy to replace yourself. It's shaped kind of like a mini coffin with two screws and a plug.

I put the relay in this morning and all four fan speeds now work. Thanks for your help.
