Exclamation fuel issue

Ive been unsuccessfull diagnosing my 98 civic ; replaced, cap, rotor, plugs battery,checked for fuel pressure from filter;seemed good but still not starting.Origanally only a cold weather problem now full time. Please help.

Well, we need more information. Did you check the fuel pressure with a gauge? If so, what PSI was it showing? Also, did the pressure peak then fall back? Could be the fuel pressure regulator. So as you see, we need much more information on what the problem actually is. Is it just cranking longer than normal? Or is it completely unstartable?

either a fuel or spark problem. do you have spark? Any cels?
