ABS Flashing while in diagnostics mode

ABS Flashing while in diagnostics mode Hey guys,
Sorry for flooding with posts, but i've got a lot of problems recently !
Okay, so I checked my cel code (cause my cel is on again) but that's for my other thread.
What's bothering me is that, when i short the diagnostics plug, not only does the cel flash (good), the abs light also flashes! (bad ??)
I got codes 16, 18, and 61 from the abs light...
What do they mean ?
I found this page, but i'm not sure I trust it...
It would mean that my problems would be:
"Short circuit right hand rear wheel speed sensor"
"Short circuit left hand rear wheel speed sensor"
"Low supply voltage"
But are these accurate, and WHAT DO THEY MEAN !!!!
