Fix stuck rear windows

Hey all
My rear windows are seized, anyone know how to unseize them, and if it's hard ?

take door panels off and see whats wrong inside. may be a broken side channel or the window motor died. do you hear noise when rolling the window? if its manual roller, you may have to just lube the channels and check to make sure there are no cables getting in the way.
