CEL 67: Cat Converter !!!

CEL 67: Cat Converter !!!
Hey all, me got a problem !
I was happy.
I had a cel. Turns out it was because my ecu was all rusted cause I had a water leak in the passenger-side of the firewall. Found the leak, fixed it, changed the ecu.
Great ! Everything works smooth.
Until yesterday.
Cel comes on, code 67 (cat converter low efficiency)
How can i fix this ? Basically a cat conv replacement, or what ?

EDIT: OK, after searching i found that it's probably my one of my o2 sensors... Is that a hard diy ?
