Re: power window problem

can try and open the switch for cleaning, alot of times dirt and black stuff builds up and the components dont make contact.

Do you have a 2 or 4 door?

So, what you are saying is the passenger side switch works the window but not the drivers side? Interesting many times if the master (drivers) goes then sometimes you can not work the passengers side from that switch either. Like gear said try to clean the contacts inside the switch, but it could be a bad switch.

Re: power window problem

Hi.
I seem to be having the same problem.
Driver's window sometimes works and sometimes not.
But all the passengers windows work.
Can I buy a replacement switch and do it myself?
Thanks.

Re: power window problem

check the wires between the fender and the doors.
a lot of times they come out of the connector at the door and need to be re-pinned.
