windshield wiper not working
windshield wiper not working
so i have a 98 honda civic dx with 91k miles. my left windshield wiper is working very slow, sometimes even stopping. my right windshield wiper works fine though. sometimes the wipers get caught with each other and i think thats because the left one is too slow. any ideas on wat to do? do i need to change the wiper motor?
Re: windshield wiper not working
I always thought they were both connected...

Is the wiper in the proper position when turned off? Perhaps the arm got out of sync a bit

Re: windshield wiper not working
theyre in the proper position when turned off if the left one doesnt stop woking on me. the right wiper is fine. the left moves really slow though. and when the left moves slow it gets caught with the right wiper. what do u mean u always thought they were connected?
Re: windshield wiper not working
Well if you read the link I posted, the wipers are powered by 1 motor and connected by a bar so they are both connected together and move in unison.. so I don't understand how it could be out of sync.. :S
