Please i need answers

hey guys, i'm new to this forum.
I have a 2000 honda civic si and i need some advice guys! I wan to lower my car and i want to make sure i spend the right money for the kit, I want to get some springs as comfortable as i can no tough rides, bumpy rides car hoping looking like the springs are cut haha. Anyways some great suggestions would be great thank you.

ohhhh yea by the way my wife does not want me to lower my car so it can't be that lowered like 2.50 drop or 3 inch drop more like 1.50 or 1.75 at the most, and it has to be comfortable ride, thanks guys!!!!
