Locate the Power Lock GREEN/WHITE in Blue Harness HELP

1998 Honda Civic EX Sedan 5-Speed
Viper 5002 alarm system

I can't locate the Power Lock GREEN/WHITE in Blue Harness on Fuse Box.
I can only see Power Unlock GREEN/ORANGE

Anyone please help me out?

Can you find it near the drivers side kick panel (or the passenger side if they still had the passenger door lock button) Where the connector is for the wires going into the doors.

I was looking at the light blue harness directly on the top (horizontal) of fuse box...the actual harness is a dark blue way over to the left side of the fuse box (vertical), a little hidden. It looks like it isn't even part of the fuse box, but it is. I guess I just was not looking carefully enough.
