97 civic oxygen sensor question
97 civic oxygen sensor question
hi
i have a
97 honda civic lx
4-door
5-speed
appears to be the d16y7 motor
I am getting the following code from my check engine light: PO135
Which is O2 sensor heater circuit (bank 1 sensor 1) I have figured that much out and know i will need to replace the o2 sensor.
My question is, is it the o2 sensor right above the catalytic convertor? If so it will be a pretty quick swap.
Any suggestions if I am correct?
Also how many o2 sensors would my car have? (just the ones above the cat convertor and below it right?) or is there one on the firewall side of the engine?
let me know asap
thanks
