need help to identify which transmission I have

I bought a 1997 civic HX 1.6L vtec-e with a S7V7(bar code ID) auto transmission.

Ive called a bunch of junk yards, to get a new trans and they never heard of a S7V7 trans. Everyone has the M4VA trans. Has anyone ever heard of this model trans? Will a M4VA bolt up on the engine?

I'm at my peaks end here any information would be very helpful

Thanks
Kevin

Re: need help to identify which transmission I have

so you have the hx engine installed right? well the transmission for the hx is the m4va like they stated, i cant find anything on a s7v7, im about 99% sure it will work perfectly fine if you got the m4va because thats the one that it comes with

here's a link

also another one, here
