performance upgrades

i got a 98 ex stock wondering what i can do to beef it up with out a turbo i got the usually intake exhasut type deal

if its an ex it should have vtec and you could get new cams but thats usually a little pricey, much less than turbo tho.

yea cams are a start could i upgrade the throttle body and the intake mainfold and what sizes throtle body could i go with also what about injectors or fuel rail

that i couldn't tell you for sure. i deal with 7th gen and your stuff is 6. i'd ask someone in your forum.

You should look into getting a performance chip for it. I had a mustang that was chipped and that thing ripped!

go to procivic.com they have a good, throttle bodies, throttle body spacers, intake manifolds, intakes, exhausts. and most of them work with your stock sensors and everything.

68mm throttle body works best.. look for something Skunk2, intake manifold u wanna get something Edelbrock they are the best... all these things really help your motor breathe better... get a port n polish n u should c a nice upgrade in power n response...

Kudos for searching, though
crower stage cams with I/E/H are the best you can do and will get you above the 110 wheel HP in a EX 7th gen. will go above 500 bucks though.
If you have a D-series, don't expect much.
