Best Bolt-ons for 1999 civic ex
I just bought a 1999 civic ex with the D16Y8 engine. I want to put a CAI, throttle body spacer, intake manifold, header and exhaust on it. I want to know which of each gives the best gains but doesn't take away from bottom end power.
any suggestions??
