Underglow on a 2000 civic
Underglow on a 2000 civic
I just bought an underglow kit for my 2000 civic and I can't seem to find a place to mount them without being visible from the outside. I have 4 tubes, one for the front, one for the back, and 2 for each side, and it seems like I can only hide the front light. Any suggestions?

Why don't you get some matching LED air caps for your wheels too. Maybe some LED windshield washers? Or how about you drill holes in your APC tails and stick little LEDs in there too... until they fog up and turn yellow in 1 month. Maybe some gel-coated bodykit that won't ever get painted? C'mon... a Civic is a high precision machine of speed. Do something sweet to it.

Sure.......I'm a fan of the underbody lights but I very rarely see it done properly. But I'm in a good mood today so instead of beating on you for not doing your research, I'll help you. Some people manage to pull it off with stock parts but for the most part, you're going to need a suspension drop as well as side skirts in order to hide the tubes properly. With a barrier on the side of the car and also by putting the car lower to the ground, you minimize the visible escapable light from underneath. Invest in these prior to installing your lights.
