Intake and exhaust advice wanted

I am looking to start adding some aftermarket parts to my '97 civic dx and was wondering what you all would suggest. I am thinking of starting with the intake. I haven't decided whether or not i am going to go with a turbocharger or not, it is my daily driver at the moment so unless you guys know of some reliable chargers, thats probably out. Im also thinking of replacing the exhaust, I don't want anything loud, I want it to be subtle, any suggestions there?

For exhaust, I like the RSR Ex-mag. It's 2.25" and has a mean sound but not raspy. For intake, I'd go with the Iceman. It's non-metallic so it doesn't absorb heat so the air going into your engine has a lower temperature.
