99 ex, mad problems!

Guys, i was painting my bulbs for my cluster tonight and i got some of the weirdest problems. Ok i took off the needles to clean em up, and not theyre not going to the correct spots, the mph starts at 40 and the rpm starts at 3. I also broke the fuel and the hot/cold needle, well the metal bar that runs down and turns the needle. Today when i was putting in the cluster, i hit the turn bar and left it on while connecting the cluster and now it isnt responding. This is freakin crazy.

You should never take the needles off. You broke them. Your going to have to buy a new cluster.
