Buying an O2 Sensor for a CDN car from the U.S.

Is there any difference? If I buy an o2 sensor? the wideband precat, for my 2004 honda civic si from the U.S. rather than Canada? I assume the part should obvisouly perform the same?

just be aware that the Si in Canada is the EX in US.
