New instrument cluster LED replacment needed or broken?

So I just finished doing the much needed engine swap in my car, and wanted to put the better looking SI/SE/EX instrument cluster, but I popped it in turned the key and no lights turn on, except when I put on the left turn signal the cluster blinks blue. I think its a LED bulb issue, however looking on the back there is no bulbs to switch out like my other cluster which still works a-okay. Does anyone know how I'd test the LEDs or switch them out with new ones? Or is the cluster wiring different between the 05 DX and 05 SI/SE/EX's?

So it turns out that the pins are different between the 05 DX and SE/SI/EX trims, the question has been asked before, the guy solved it but none of the pictures are up anymore, does anyone happen to have them?

This is the link to the post

I had cluster issues in my 05 LX and was told by my friendly neighborhood Honda parts department that for 04 & 05 the LEDs on the cluster are NOT replaceable, you need to buy a new cluster--somewhere in the $1k range.

I did find a place out of NJ that would repair it for about $90, you can purchase the service on ebay. I called them to ask questions and it seems pretty legit.

As it turned out, there was some electrical tape wrapped around one of the LEDs to hide an issue but that's another story.

It worked in the car I pulled it out of, so I'm pretty sure its a plug pin out issue

If you're in Canuckistan, their SI is the same as a USA EX (1.7L VTEC).
In the US, our SI is the hatchback with 2.0 DOHC M/T

Harness connectors for the DX are wired or pinned different from higher trim levels...you're gonna want a connector pinout chart or wiring diagram for each version to see if it's possible to do.

You can check this link for free online manuals, BUT be forewarned, most of these I've seen are international so you have to be very careful to find info that applies to just your car, not other countries versions of cars that are not exactly the same:
