2001 4dr EX passenger window stuck, went down but can't pull Up

Checked the fuse under the steering wheel, all good. Window is getting power best I can tell.
took off the inner door panel and the water shield. window is in the track on both sides. there are no visible obstructions.
but it still won't roll up and even with all my strength I cannot pull
the window up enough to the point I would be able to disconnect the glass from
the regulator by going through the two holes higher on the door. its
just totally stuck in the bottom of the door. Im assuming I need to take apart a component of the motor or something but i am just not sure how to proceed here. (I'll try and post pics tomorrow)

any tips on how to troubleshoot to determine the problem, how to fix it, and mostly what to dismantle
to allow the glass to slide up the regulator enough to remove it would be great.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND PLEASE HELP!

Re: 2001 4dr EX passenger window stuck, went down but can't pull Up

Common issue is the bend in the wires at the body/door connection.
Pulling the connector apart right there will give you option to test for power and maybe it’s just broken enough you might get it work while you jiggle the wires

this video is for a 96-00 but it's very similar to 01-05, if you skip to 2:40 they show how to move the window when it's stuck down.

This is the solution to my problem when the right passenger window got stuck open. It was a broken wire at the rubber conduit area at the driver's front door. Flexing over time broke it.
