Need Help! 7th gen manual civic stuck in first gear.

I was driving home yesterday, I down shifted from 3rd to 2nd gear. I heard a bit of a sound ... now my car is stuck in 1st gear. I can shift down to 2nd but does not engage. I also cannot move my shifter over to 3rd and 4th as well as 5th it's like something is blocking it from moving. I also cannot get in to neutral at all.... my clutch seams to be ok
Any help would be amazing.
