Looking for a honda part #..
for the OEM main relay on a 2001 Civic EX coupe, manual trans. I find 39400-S10-003 on Honda parts wholesale direct, but then I get conflicting info/#'s other places online?

Depends on which one you need, as there may be several in the same area that all appear similar.
PCM relay
Fuel pump relay
Back up light relay
If it used AF sensor, a relay for that would be in the same group.
Got a pic of yours, showing it in its original location and showing which one you want to replace?
