05 honda civic lx blinker issues

Ok guys so not to long ago my 05 civic lx got broken into and the center where the radio and climate control at was stolen, after that my blinkers didn't work because there was no hazard light button. After replacing the center console my blinkers were working fine for about 2 weeks. But now my blinkers will turn on then turn off. Or click once then turn off. Sometimes I can get them to click twice at most but then it dies again. My hazard lights also blink twicethen turn off, my question to you fine gents is does this sound like a flasher relay issue or is it from when I got broken into. If it is a flasher issue where is the flasher located, please help guys I need my car to work!

You will likely need to try a new flasher unit to determine.

It is in the under-dash box and very tough to get out of there as well. (tight in socket)

Re: 05 honda civic lx blinker issues

Was there any damage to the harness to the 4 way flasher button ??

It will affect both modes.

Maybe when the cracker jack ripped out your system they pulled a connector pin loose.

Reconnect your hazard switch and see.
