Core support removal diagram or pictures needed

Core support removal diagram or pictures needed
Hey everyone I know the core support is held in by 6 welds and four bolts or something like that but I was wondering if anyone had pictures or a diagram of the removal??
I have to pull out two
I am taking the one from the 03 and putting in te other 03

Ok Since no one has ever done it apparently,
I am going to do it myself and post a DIY!
It doesnt look hard I just dont want to screw up a good core learning, I am going to take the one of the damaged one first.
