Passenger Window won't Extract

Passenger Window won't Extract
The passenger side window on my 2004 Honda Civic EX will not go back up!
I checked the fuses but couldn't find any that are burnt out.
If anybody has any suggestions please let me know!

take the door panel off,
disconnect the wire connector from the motor,
with the key on, test for voltage on the wire connector while toggling the switch, (might be easier with two people) is there power?
also test the ground wire in the connector
