03 lx headligths come on by themselves
Hey I have a 03 lx Canadian model civic so it has drl's. I have hid's in it that were installed over a year ago with no issue. Now recently in the winter when it has starting to warm up to just over freezing and my headlights now randomly come on with the car off and the switch in the cabin does not do anything the only way to turn the lights off is to pull the battery terminal.
any ideas ?

Since there is now an HID kit in addition to the factory wiring, that throws a lot of extra stuff in as possibilities.
Return the whole system to stock, see if the problem still exists. If the problem is gone, then it has to be something in your HID setup.
Next steps would have to involve knowledge of the system, the HID setup, and pointed testing at the time the problem surfaces.
(If ALL the lights come on, then it's probably not caused by the HIDs? Disconnect the main light switch wiring and see what happens.)
