I have an auto EM2 and I have no intentions of improving performance. I have a Magnaflow muffler and I want more sound. Has anyone taken off the resonator off on a EM2 that is pretty much stock? I don't want my car to sound like fart can but I've heard that if you have a quality muffler, it shouldn't sound annoying like those cheap ebay mufflers. My friend has an 2001 accord coupe ex 4 cyclinder with a magnaflow muffler with resonator delete and everything stock. It sounds really good and beasty which I like. Both cars are 4 cyclinder and the accord has a bigger engine. I drove his car the other day and I enjoyed driving it. Maybe I just like the way it sounds on the accord because it just feels and looks sporty? Has anyone removed the resonator on their EM2 and have a quality muffler on it? How does it sound?
