HOw to clear the malfunction lamp indicator?
Long story short, had the cat converter replaced two days ago. The light just popped on out of no where. No difference in performance, just an annoying light.
Today, went to advance auto to get an obd 2 reading on the issue. Had four things that pointed to the cat converter. The sales rep told me since I had the cat replaced, that it needs to be reset(said they couldn't do it anymore due to legal issues). If so, what would be the best course of action? Pretty handy, just would like to know the course of action.
