Help! how can i fix this?

what can i use to fix this from getting worse other than getting a whole new headliner?

Buddy of mine had something similiar. We went to a fabric shop got a peace of suede leather cut it into the honda logo and glued it on did both sides so it doesnt look stupid. Turned out pretty nice.

Just an idea

if you leave it alone it won't really get any worse.you could patch it with color matched fabric and some spray glue.
