How to install the VIPER 350 keyless system?

How to install the VIPER 350 keyless system? - my car's 2002 honda civic sedan LX, so the old owner install a old VIPER and he lost the remote transmission, and now i want to replace it with VIPER 350 keyless system unit. 
- so anyone please help , give me an easy way to install and install construction step. or install that for me, i'm in Orange county california, i ll pay a little, not much like auto repair charge, but not free.
