I want new carpet floor mats for my 2002 Civic. I think it'd be great to have a black color that matched the steering wheel and head unit around the radio. My Civic is that Titanium tan color.

But, I only see OEM 7th generation mats in gray and tan. I want a good custom fit. I see black mats for 8th gen Civic. (As in here.) Are they identical? Or will they not fit well? If only the front fit well, I could live with keeping my old rear mat.
What about Si mats? Are they the same shape/size?
Other source for black mats for 7th gen?

Thank you for trying to help. But, Handa-accessories does NOT have a black custom fit carpet floor mat for the 7th gen Civic.

The OEM mats I find on ebay only seem to be the gray and beige.

I dont' even see any decent looking custom fit knock-off brand black carpet custom fit mats for the 7th gen. on ebay. I would appreciate a link for one.

I have found some for the 8th gen nice quality knock off brand custom fit black carpet mats, so that's why I asked my original question. I would still appreciate if anyone knows answer to that, still. Are the 8th gen mats different?

I do now see some knock off custom cut black ones. Makes me nervous, they look cheap.
So, there is no OEM black mats?

Well, that's what you get for not telling us you have a sedan. H and A certainly does have black mats- for the coupe. Color code D.

EDIT: You could always cut your own out of carpet scrap.

They're not carpet, but the all-weather mats are solid black.

Lazlong, frankly, my rear mat is fine... so will the 2door coupe mats be identical for the front two mats? I'd really like to stick with OEM if possible... just thinking it's gonna be the best fit.

So, will 7gen coupe front mats be identical to the sedan ones?

I bought a set of black OEM Honda mats for a 7th gen civic SI hatchback from Ebay.

They fit my coupe just fine and all the cut outs lined up perfectly. The only thing that didn't work was the hook, so I just repositioned it. They have the nice red Civic SI logo on them and are very plush.
