water pump gasket
When installing a new water pump or valve cover gasket, do you put anything on them? Or just install them as they are? I'm thinking a very light coating of grease or silicone?

Re: water pump gasket
when i did my water pump, i put a light coat of silicone paste on the gasket. for the valve cover gasket See attached image. you put a little bit where the picture shows C.

That's it.
