Approximately 1 year ago, my ac started working intermittently at stop lights (Warm air). The AC will come back on after I start to drive again (Ice cold). I replaced the dryer, the dryer sensor, both cooling fans, radiator fluid and hoses, Freon, and the valves on high and low side. I took the car back to the place that charged my system (for a second time) because I am getting the same issue, and they said there are no leaks and the systems pressures are within an adequate range.

More info - The problem only persists sometimes on hot days and when driving for a while.

What can this be?

The fan that cools the a/c condenser is not being switched on when your aircon is blowing. It remains off. Hence why the air only gets cold while you are driving.
