help with pulsing dash light

help with pulsing dash light
when i'm in neutral my entire dash light pulses (gets dim than brighter than dim etc). anyone experience this? it's not my battery or alternator because it's been going on for a couple of weeks now. any help would be great thanks in advance

Don't rule out your alternator just because it's keeping the battery charged. Reman alternators new out of the box often don't put out enough at an idle to keep this from happening. Do you headlights do it too?
