**** on a bag of dicks. Im still getting that phantom anti freeze spray all over the left of my engine bay. I had a high pressure check complleted and it came up negitive, those guys put something like 17 psi on that bitch and they couldnt get any issues to present themselves. I am probally going to end up buying a new rad-aluminum for strength I guess, and because I cant find one for the automatic tranny I guess ill have to get a tranny cooler too.

I have a theory that the overflow tank is becoming to hot and squirting the fluid out of the tiny whole found just below the cap. In fact im dead serios when I say Im totally sure of this, dont ask me how its just DIY intuition. Do you8 cats know of any way to remedy this issue or if there is a overflow tank replacement that would correct that concern/issue?
Open to any suggestions or comments.

That's crazy. Only time I've seen or heard of problems with the overflow tank or antifreeze spraying are with blow by/head gasket issues. Sorry, no clue.

coolant in the overflow should not be hot normally or under pressure

What they said, if you got pressure in the tank you probably have head gasket issues. You could also be overheating to get the same results. Fans working, heater hot radiator full and all that jaz? Where does the gauge go to? Working right and in the dead of summer with the a/c on and sitting still, not moving, my gauge stayed under half way up....
The only options for a leak on the left side is the water pump via the weep hole, OR the radiator side tank.

It could also be a loose hose,
I had that problem before on a diff car, **** was getting all over everything

Can't think of any hoses on that side of the bay. Are there? At 17 psi it *should've showed up.....
