shift **** fittings

i have a 2003 Honda civic coupe ex 5MT and i recently just bought this JDM shift **** from ebay. they said it works but all it comes with is a little bolt piece and the **** itself. i was wondering if anyone knows how to put it on because i dont know where it attaches to the clip on the stock boot

the screw is in there to be tightened to a plastic adaptor.
they go loose in no time.
look for buddyclub or greedy or similar - they have threads instead of plastic adaptor...
