I want to get a license plate relocation kit for the front of my car to relocate it off to the side and put a japanese plate on. I think it would look pretty cool. Can anyone point me in the direction of where to get a kit to do this to my 2001 civic?

You can get license plate relocation kits on ebay, they're cheap.

Just keep in mind that the front bumpers on our cars have a flat spot molded in place for the plate, so you need to cut that out, make a fiberglass patch and repaint the bumper if you want that area smooth.

yea thats what i was thinking too right, i wonder if it would look weird having a plate off to the side but still having a flat spot in the middle

Not all Canadian bumpers have that flat spot. Here in Quebec there isn't a car with it. My civic has a nice curved bumper because in Quebec we don't need front plates. Check the montreal kijiji and you'll find tons of bumpers.
